At BLACK CULT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

The product must not be damaged, stained, or altered.

Note:
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Worn/washed apparel

Customized or personalized products

Items purchased during clearance or special sale


🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective items.

Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Only one-time exchange is allowed.

Replacement will be processed only after inspection of the returned item.


Products Not Eligible for Return/Refund

Items bought under “Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Limited Offer”

Used or washed apparel

Damaged items due to customer handling


🛠️ Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share an unboxing video + clear images for verification.

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Defective product

Item not delivered due to our error

Wrong item delivered (after return)

Refund Method:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit, depending on product condition and refund approval.

Timeline:

Refunds generally take 5–7 business days after inspection.


🚚 Return Shipping

For defective/wrong products → FREE reverse pickup.

For size exchange or customer preference → Return shipping may be charged.

📌 Important Notes

Refusing delivery without reason may lead to cancellation fee.

If pickup is unavailable at your pincode, you will be asked to self-ship.

Refund will be approved only after QC verification.
